Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions. Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.
To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans based on current protocols and/or radiologist recommendations, including Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Routine Neuro, Cardiac and Interventional Procedures.
- Utilize good radiation safety practices for patients, self, and others; apply ALARA principles on every exam according to patient age and habitus.
- Follow National Patient Safety Goals, accurately enter and merge patient identifiers on the scanner and in PACS.
- Perform work-ups such as perfusions and reconstructions on the 3‑D workstation.
- Complete hospital/department specific forms per protocol and exams in Radnet.

Pay Range
$37.40 – $55.63 per hour
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent Radiologic Technologist Program.
- Valid CT Radiology Technician certification (Arizona).
- Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT.
- Registered Technologist Computed Tomography.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of CT experience.
