CT Technologist Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Rutland, VT 05701
Compensation: $38.91 $56.68 per hour
Schedule: 36 hours per week; day/night rotation

KA Recruiting is seeking a CT Technologist for a hospital opportunity in Vermont. Work with radiologists and imaging colleagues to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging and attentive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations using a multi-detector scanner.

• Follow imaging protocols, recognize cross-sectional anatomy, and perform CT angiography.

• Administer contrast media when applicable.

• Record examinations and patient results using RIS/PACS and hospital information systems.

• Follow hospital procedures and provide care appropriate to each patient s age and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

• Recent hospital experience and experience with digital imaging and PACS.

• Current Vermont radiologic technologist license.

• American Heart Association BLS certification.

• ARRT CT certification, or ability to obtain it within one year of employment.

• Maintain required continuing education for certification and licensure.
