CT Technologist – Cat Scan (Per Diem)

Responsibilities
- Perform CT Scan procedures, obtain patient history, explain routine procedures and address patient concerns
- Assist the radiologist, surgeon, and/or clinician during CT procedures, including invasive and non‑invasive studies
- Prepare contrast media and contrast injector; execute injection protocol and monitor injection
- Prepare the patient, explain the procedure, and ensure patient’s cooperation during the examination
Additional Note
This position requires flexibility to accommodate varying patient needs. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. On‑call responsibilities and mandatory overtime may also be necessary.
Qualifications
- Post high school vocational/specialized training in radiologic technology or equivalent. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
- At least one year hospital or imaging center experience
- AMA approved school of diagnostic radiologic technology
- ARRT (Radiography)
- CRT (Radiography)
- Successful completion of CT orientation
- CPR certification
- Hourly per diem rate: $ / hr
