Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT and radiology procedures using prescribed ionizing radiation.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Support physicians and team members to achieve accurate, timely diagnostic results.
- Provide compassionate care for patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and radiation protection standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience .
- Acute care experience required for freestanding emergency department (FSED) assignments.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of start).
- ARRT (R) and (CT) certification.
- Previous hospital or emergency department experience.
- Hourly Pay: $27.42 to $36.95 (based on experience).
- Shift Differentials:
- Evenings: +$2.00/hr
- Nights: +$3.75/hr
- Weekends: +$3.50/hr (for regular scheduled weekend shifts)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
