Novant Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team. This role works directly with radiologists and staff to prepare patients and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans.

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the process clearly
- Safely and effectively operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images
- Adapt procedures to meet the age-specific needs of patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and team members to ensure exceptional care
- Support a safe, patient-centered environment in line with “First Do No Harm” principles
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology
- Preferred: Associate Degree
- Inpatient requirement: Graduate of a JCERT-accredited school of Radiology and/or military health system program
- Certification Path:
- If not CT-registered, must complete ARRT post-primary certification in CT within 12 months of hire (18 months for incumbents in CT Tech roles)
Experience
- Preferred: One year of experience in CT scanning
Licensure/Certification
- Required: ARRT, CT Registry (if outpatient - IDTF or HOPD)
- Preferred: CT Registry (if inpatient)
