Job Duties:
- Verifying physician order and procedure to assure accuracy
- Explaining the procedure to patient to ensure understanding
- Knowledge of CT protocols and be able to operate scanner
- Administer Contrast Media
- Review patient images prior to transmission to ensure images met diagnostic qualities
- Assists in the facilitation of departmental operations
- Providing excellent patient care
Education/Certifications:
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)- (Required)
- State License to Practice- (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association- (Required)
