Responsibilities
* Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
* Monitor patient's well‑being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
* Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
* Guide patients through this sometimes‑difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
* Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
* Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
* Safeguard any on‑site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
* Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
* Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
* Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
* Demonstrate ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
* Demonstrate ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
* State regulations may necessitate the following certifications: state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT).
* BLS certification.
* At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
Pay Range
$38.00-$46.00 per hour
