Kettering Health Network is seeking a CT Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services at our EWC location during day shift hours. In this role, you will perform CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment. You will prepare and position patients, operate CT equipment, monitor imaging quality, and follow radiation safety standards. The CT Technologist collaborates closely with radiologists, nurses, and other team members in a faith-based, patient-centered environment, maintaining compassionate care, clear communication, and thorough documentation while supporting departmental workflow and quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans per physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment and related systems
- Ensure image quality, proper labeling, and timely study completion
- Follow radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards
- Obtain and document patient history, contrasts, and consent as required
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and care team for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the imaging system
- Support quality assurance, safety checks, and equipment care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered service aligned with organizational mission
