Kadlec is offering a $20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment for a full‑time position.
Under the direct supervision of the FSED Leadership, the CT/X‑Ray technologist is responsible for operating and providing high quality computerized tomography and X‑ray to patients in a safe manner for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Technologists will also be trained on various patient care activities such as performing vital signs, EKGs, wound care, orthopedic splinting and other duties as assigned.
Diagnostic Imaging Supervisors will act on behalf of the FSED Nurse Manager to provide oversight of clinical skills, QAs, competencies, etc. The candidate must present themselves in a professional manner, work well with a multidisciplinary team, have good communication skills, and adhere to KRMC's policies and Vision Statement.
Shifts
- Full‑time, 36 hours weekly, variable shift
- Per diem/On‑call, variable shift
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Upon hire: National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist – Computed Tomography, or
- Within 1 year of hire: National Computed Tomography Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- Within 60 days of hire: Medical Assistant – Registered
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging
- 1 year experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan and X‑Ray.
Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $40.65 – $64.57 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
