CT TechnologistIrving, Texas, USAFull-time (Permanent)Responsibilities:Perform high-quality CT procedures as per established protocols.Maintain production and quality standards for imaging procedures.Ensure patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures and answering questions.Prepare patient and area for procedure by positioning patients and adjusting equipment.Adhere to safety and infection-control policies, maintaining hand hygiene requirements.Maintain and monitor medical imaging records and equipment.Ensure correct documentation is maintained, including patient history and consent forms.Communicate effectively with patients, family, and medical staff.Education:Required: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Preferred: Continued education in CT technologies.Certifications:Required: ARRT (CT) Certification.Required: Texas State License.Special Skills:Ability to perform CT procedures autonomously.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stress.Excellent communication skills, especially with patients.Knowledge of safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocols.
