Position Highlights

• Position: CT Technologist II
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: M - F 2:30pm - 11 pm
• On Call: Yes
• Required Travel: No

What You Will Do

• Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort.
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner.
• Review CT scans to ensure optimum quality.

What You Will Need

• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required.
• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.
