CT Technologist II

Job Summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is seeking a full‑time weekend day shift CT Technologist.

Sign on Bonus up to $15,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality CT imaging to patients under the direction of a supervising physician, following required protocol standards.
• Perform CT scans per protocol under the direction of a qualified physician; provide patient and family education.
• Operate equipment safely, complete department documentation, maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain adequate supply inventory for examinations.
• Follow radiation safety regulatory guidelines; administer CT contrast per protocol.
• Perform CT Technologist I responsibilities with added duties in one of the following: intervention, dual modality CT/diagnostic, or hospital‑based/standing ED.

Education and Certification

• Trade school radiology program or equivalent.
• ARRT required upon hire; must obtain ARRT (CT) advanced registry within 2 years.
