Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Operate the CT scan and X-Ray Machines to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients
• Obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain procedures
• Conduct CT and Radiological exams

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Certification: (ARRT-R) Radiography
• Licensure: Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Vocational School Graduate
• Proficiency in Centricity (PACS System) and Meditech
