CT Technologist – Baptist South, Jacksonville, FL

This full‑time position requires a certified CT Technologist to operate and calibrate GE equipment, prepare patients, administer IV contrast, position patients, provide education, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years radiology technologist experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience working in a hospital setting.

Certification

If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARDMS or ARRT (CT) within 18 months of hire date.

Security & Background Screening

Positions designated as requiring a Level II background (detailed fingerprint‑based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Eligible for up to $7,000 sign‑on bonus, if hired.
