CT Technologist (Computed Tomography Tech)

Shift: Evening Shift | 8-hour shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lodi, CA. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate must have RHF (Fluoroscopy) certification and experience working in a fast-paced radiology department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and department protocols
- Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and image quality
- Operate CT equipment and maintain accurate documentation in Cerner
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care
- Follow hospital safety and infection control guidelines
Certifications Required
- Current RHF (Fluoroscopy) certification
- ARRT (CT) registration
- BLS from the American Heart Association
Schedule & Department Details
- Shift: Evening Shift (8-hour shifts with 30-minute meal break)
- Various start times: 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM
- Weekend Coverage: Required based on departmental needs (24-hour department)
- Call: Not required
- Floating: Not required
- Documentation System: Cerner
- Radiology/CT Staffing Ratios:
- Days: 5 Techs
- Nights: 5 Techs (3 PM, 2 NOC)
- Weekends: 7 Techs (2 AM, 1 MID, 2 PM, 2 NOC)
