We are opening an outpatient imaging center in Clarksville, TN. Join our team as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to help diagnose and treat patients with high‑quality imaging.

Position: Full‑time. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Screen patients before exam for precautions or contraindications, using two identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure.
  • Explain and prepare patients for scanning procedures, including positioning and safety instructions.
  • Perform routine and advanced CT scans of designated body parts with minimal supervision, providing patient support throughout the procedure.
  • Adjust scanning parameters and dose reduction techniques appropriately.
  • Follow physician orders precisely, comply with safety regulations, and document patient records in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Maintain ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements.
  • Keep the work area orderly, clean, and promote safety for patients and staff.

CT/Imaging Department Support (5%)

  • Assist with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades.
  • Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with training new team members, providing technical expertise as applicable.

Completes other tasks as assigned (5%)

  • Perform additional duties as directed by leadership.

Requirements

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
  • ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
  • Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Must have sufficient training and experience to perform CT procedures independently.
  • Certification in imaging specialty.
