CT Technologist

Role:

CT Technologist in an emergency department setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT imaging exams based on physician orders, prepare and position patients, operate CT equipment, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images. Document procedures in the EMR, adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards, and collaborate with ED nurses and physicians to support accurate and timely patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Knowledge of CT imaging procedures, safety protocols, and infection control. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Duties:

Operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, document procedures properly, and maintain compliance with safety standards while supporting the healthcare team to deliver efficient diagnostic services.
