CT Technologist
Incentives: Select full‑time positions are eligible for up to $15,000 in commitment incentives.
Salary Range: $33.37 - $51.57 per hour (Hiring Range). Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity.
Hours: Per Diem, Part‑time, and Full‑time available.
Locations: Opportunities are available in a variety of locations, including UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill and Hillsborough, UNC Health Rex in Raleigh and Holly Springs, UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield, UNC Health Rockingham in Eden, UNC Health Chatham in Siler City, and UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir.

Summary
Conducts procedures and tests using Computerized Tomography (CT) equipment to acquire and analyze patient diagnostic data.
Education Requirements
- Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science or within 3 months of application.
Licensure/Certification Requirements
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences or be registry eligible. Registry eligible candidates must provide a copy of a diploma from an accredited program.
- Requires advanced certification in CT within one year of employment.
- Successful candidates must become registered within one year of employment and maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually.
- All imaging specialists are required to maintain current competency in HCP Basic Life Support.
Professional Experience Requirements
- CT Technologist I: Prior education, training, and experience that provides the ability to perform the assigned tasks.
- CT Technologist II: Three (3) years of experience as a CT Technologist.
