Position

CT Technologist – Full‑time days position at Baptist South, Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a radiology technologist.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience working in a hospital setting.
• Must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARDMS or ARRT within 18 months of hire date.
• Positions requiring a Level II background check will undergo screening, including state and national criminal history.
