Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Experience with CT and PET equipment and protocols
• Demonstrated proficiency in imaging safety procedures
• Ability to assess and respond to patient needs during procedures
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with clinicians
• Current BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and PET imaging systems for inpatients and outpatients, ensuring accurate positioning and image clarity
• Prepare, explain, and administer contrast materials as needed for procedures
• Review patient histories and physician orders to tailor exams appropriately
• Maintain equipment, manage supply inventory, and ensure exam rooms meet infection control standards
• Document imaging procedures accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support a compassionate, efficient workflow by collaborating with healthcare teams and assisting with general radiology duties as assigned
