Qualifications

  • Current registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT) with advanced certification in CT required
  • Experience performing both CT and PET procedures

  • Current Covid-19 vaccination required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate image acquisition and patient safety

Schedule

  • Day shift, varied schedule to support department needs

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET exams in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout their visit
  • Operate imaging equipment and monitor image quality to achieve optimal diagnostic outcomes
  • Accurately document patient information within the electronic medical record
  • Assist with exam scheduling, patient assessment, and maintaining supplies for daily operations
  • Comply with infection control procedures and department standards at all times
