Seeking a skilled CT/PET Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services on a contract basis. In this key role, you will utilize advanced imaging equipment to deliver accurate diagnostic results, supporting patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule:
- 3x12 hour shifts
- Nights, 6:45 pm - 7:15 am
- Experience performing CT and PET imaging procedures
- Certification in CT and/or PET technology
- ARRT or equivalent registration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret imaging protocols
- Demonstrated proficiency operating advanced imaging equipment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
- Current BLS certification
- Conduct CT and PET imaging exams following established protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical professionals to ensure optimal image quality
- Document procedures and update patient records accurately
- Monitor and maintain imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and regulatory requirements
