Job Summary And Qualifications
- Assists and positions patients on the CT table with compassion.
- Starts IVs for contrast injection when necessary.
- Assesses image quality and makes adjustments when necessary.
- Releases patients with proper post‑procedure instructions.
- Turns over and prepares the room using aseptic technique between patients and cleans/sterilizes equipment.
- Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications You Will Need
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT). Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist, or State Registered Radiologic Technician.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Vocational School Graduate.
- Experience with X‑Ray imaging.
