• Shift: Monday - Thursday 9pm-7am, CT and X-ray, with a rotating holiday schedule

Job Overview

Make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional imaging care and supporting patient safety. As a CT Technologist, you’ll serve as a vital link between the Radiology Department, hospital staff, physicians, and students. Your role includes educating and protecting patients entering the CT scanning room, assisting with patient sedation and monitoring, supporting student training, and contributing to quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the Radiology Department, students, hospital staff, and physicians.
• Educate and protect patients entering the CT scanning room.
• Assist with patient sedation and monitoring.
• Assist in the educational training of Student Radiologic Technologists.
• Assist with quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT CT Board Certification required within 6 months of hire.
• CT experience strongly preferred.
• Current Iowa Permit to Practice.
• CPR certified.
• Maintain yearly CEU requirements.
• Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
