The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.Washington has no state income tax — keep more of what you earnHiring bonus and relocation assistance may be availablePredictable Friday–Sunday scheduleNo call requirementFour days off each week for rest, family, and personal prioritiesWork in a respected, mission-driven organizationServe a community where your care makes a visible differenceJob SummaryAs a CT Technologist, you will perform CT exams that support fast, accurate diagnosis while delivering calm, compassionate care to every patient you serve.What You'll DoPrepare the CT room for each exam.Set up supplies and equipment for the planned procedure.Review patient history and prior imaging before the scan.Choose the correct exam based on the patient's condition.Partner with radiologists and providers when questions arise.Explain the exam clearly to each patient.Support patients before, during, and after imaging.Adjust the exam if patient needs change.Operate the CT scanner safely and accurately.Check image quality before completing the exam.Follow radiation safety standards at all times.Screen patients for pregnancy when required.Start IVs and perform venipuncture as needed.Complete interventional CT procedures when assigned.Document exams accurately in PACS and RIS.Help train students or staff when requested.Perform other duties within your scope of practice.What We're Looking ForEducationGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)ExperienceExperienced CT Techs with at least 1 year of experience highly preferred.
