CT TechnologistWhat do CT Technologists do? Operate head or body X-ray scanners that create a computer-generated cross-sectional image, commonly called a CAT (Computed Axial Tomography) Scan. Responsible for educating and preparing patients for their examinations.CT Tech- weekend/daysPerforms professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis of patients of all ages.
Position will be working in a fast paced environment in level one trauma center.QualificationsEducation: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.Experience: CT experience preferred.Licensure/Certification: Must be CT registered within one year of hire.
