CT Technologist - Ocala, FLThe CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of internal organs, bones, and tissues. This role requires a blend of technical skills, patient care, and adherence to safety standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate CT scanners and related equipment to perform diagnostic imaging exams.Position patients correctly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.Monitor patient condition during procedures, recognizing and responding to any signs of distress.Review and evaluate images for clarity, completeness, and diagnostic quality.Qualifications:1 year of CT experience REQUIRED.BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateRegistered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferredFlorida State Registered Radiologic TechnologistGraduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School and various outpatient servicesBenefits:All standard benefits available.
