CT Tech Opportunity
I have a great client located between Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA. They are actively hiring a permanent CT Tech. Here is more information:
Title: CT Tech
Shift: Weekend, Nights
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 7pm-7am
Base rate: $27-$34
Shift differential: $7.50-$9.00
This 200 bed hospital is renowned for providing comprehensive quality care to its patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare room, equipment, and contrast materials for procedures.
- Position and assist patients; explain procedures and ensure comfort.
- Operate CT equipment, verify image quality, and send scans to PACS.
- Maintain clean, stocked rooms and report equipment issues.
- Follow radiation safety protocols and hospital policies at all times.
- Assist radiologists during procedures and schedule exams as needed.
- Rotate to other imaging areas; participate in on-call/holiday coverage.
- Perform clerical duties, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate patient charges.
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina license
- Current RT registration
- CT experience in a clinical setting
- BLS
