Description
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment, producing cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions. Performs a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
Requirements
3-4 days per week, 30-40 hours. 10 hr shifts, They will need CRT, ARRT(CT) License. Looking for someone who is dependable and hardworking. Someone who has used GE or Cannon/Toshiba. Someone ready to go. Days are busy with minimum 15-25 scans per day.
Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate?s degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
  • Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
  • Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required in CA, if employee operates fluoroscopy equipment
  • Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
Facility Specific License/Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
  • Fluoroscopy (FLUORO): Required
