Schedule:
- 13-week assignment
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Days, 10:00am - 10:30pm
- Rotating schedule: Wednesday through Friday
- Valid ARRT(CT) certification required
- Oregon state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT scanners
- Comprehensive understanding of CT protocols, radiation safety, and patient care best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities
- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders
- Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and explanation of imaging procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process, following all regulatory and facility guidelines
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff to optimize workflow and imaging quality
- Document procedures, maintain patient records, and manage imaging files within hospital information systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and adhere to infection control standards
