Your Role and Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT imaging methods to produce high-quality diagnostic results for medical professionals
- Engage collaboratively with radiologists and a multidisciplinary team to guarantee accurate diagnoses
- Ensure precise patient positioning and equipment calibration for the best imaging results
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
- Keep meticulous records, maintaining logs of imaging activities and managing equipment care
- Offer compassionate support and care throughout each imaging session
- Play an active role in fostering a safe and efficient imaging environment
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is highly favored
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or ability to acquire it within 90 days of employment
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and a robust understanding of safety standards
