Your Essential Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce precise diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
- Expertly position patients and optimize equipment settings for superior imaging results
- Implement radiation safety protocols for patients and colleagues alike
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout each stage of the imaging process
- Foster an organized and efficient imaging environment that prioritizes safety and quality
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree will be advantageous
- Graduation from a recognized radiology program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required
- Current BLS certification or the ability to achieve it within 90 days of employment
- Thorough understanding of imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Strong communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt swiftly to evolving demands
- A keen eye for detail coupled with a strong sense of accountability
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging technology
