Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to produce top-quality diagnostic images for physicians
- Working collaboratively with radiologists and the medical team to facilitate accurate diagnosis
- Properly positioning patients and adjusting equipment settings to ensure optimal imagery
- Adhering to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff alike
- Maintaining precise records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep documentation
- Delivering compassionate care throughout the imaging experience
- Ensuring a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging setting
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree will be advantageous
- Certification from a recognized radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety practices
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with patients and the healthcare team
