Your Key Responsibilities
- Employ CT and radiographic methods to acquire high-definition diagnostic images essential for physician interpretation
- Work alongside radiologists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the most accurate diagnostic processes
- Effectively position patients and calibrate equipment to achieve optimal imaging results
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
- Keep meticulous records, including maintenance logs for both imaging and equipment
- Deliver compassionate care to patients during the imaging process
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT or Radiography required)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days of hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
- Strong communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to evolving needs
