Job Details

• Position Type: Travel Cath Lab Technologist
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Weekly Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Call Requirement: 10-15 shifts per month, self-scheduled
• Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab with some interventional radiology cases
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260-$2,430
• Location: Brownwood, Texas

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab, cardiovascular, or specialty service line experience
• Current ARRT or RCIS credential accepted
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Active license in hand required with submission
• Experience with left and right heart caths, PCI, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Travel Cath Lab experience preferred
• Altera charting experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to complete compliance items promptly after offer acceptance

Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, PCI, peripheral interventions, and select interventional radiology cases
• Support procedures such as permanent pacemaker insertions and change-outs
• Perform device placement, renal cases, and related cardiovascular interventions
• Prepare equipment and maintain readiness for diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures
• Provide high-quality support during adult and geriatric patient care
• Participate in call coverage and respond as scheduled
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular care team to help ensure safe patient flow
