Your Duties Will Include
  • Employing radiographic and CT protocols to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician assessment
  • Working closely with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate imaging and diagnoses
  • Carefully positioning patients and calibrating equipment for optimal imaging output
  • Upholding strict radiation safety procedures for patients and colleagues alike
  • Keeping detailed records, including imaging documentation and equipment maintenance
  • Delivering compassionate patient experiences throughout the imaging process
  • Ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
Qualifications Needed
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Graduation from an accredited radiology educational program
Essentials Certification
  • ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is mandatory
  • Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Key Skills for Success
  • Thorough understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
  • Exceptional communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary members
