Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for review by physicians
- Work closely with radiologists and the multidisciplinary care team to promote precise diagnostic outcomes
- Effectively position patients and fine-tune equipment to facilitate the best imaging results
- Abide by radiation safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and staff
- Maintain accurate data such as imaging logs and documentation of equipment upkeep
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging procedure
- Foster a safe, organized, and streamlined imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is an asset
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (for CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within a 90-day timeframe after hiring
- Mastery of diagnostic imaging protocols and compliance with safety standards
