Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Utilizing your radiographic and CT skills to acquire top-quality diagnostic images for medical assessments
- Working closely with radiologists and care teams to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Positioning patients thoughtfully and calibrating the imaging apparatus for premium results
- Following strict radiation safety guidelines to protect both patients and coworkers
- Keeping precise records, including imaging logs and maintenance reports on equipment
- Delivering compassionate patient interactions throughout the imaging process
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree will be an advantage
- Completion of an accredited radiology training program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography required
- Valid BLS certification or the ability to obtain one within your first 90 days on the job
- Adeptness in diagnostic imaging procedures and established safety protocols
- Strong communication abilities, both with patients and interdisciplinary team members
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced settings while adapting to varying demands
- An eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Technological familiarity with systems like PACS and RIS, as well as modern imaging software
