Your Essential Responsibilities
- Employ radiographic and CT methods to produce exceptional diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise assessments
- Ensure optimal patient positioning and calibrate equipment accurately for outstanding imaging
- Adhere to all radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and clinical staff
- Efficiently maintain accurate records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging experience
- Contribute to a streamlined, safe, and well-organized imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days of hire
- Mastery in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety legislation
- Strong communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary medical staff
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and swiftly adapt to evolving needs
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with a profound sense of responsibility
- Comfortable with technology including PACS, RIS, and latest imaging software
