Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Employ CT techniques to produce precise diagnostic images for physicians.
- Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to enhance diagnosis accuracy.
- Ensure optimal patient positioning and equipment calibration for quality output.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols for both patients and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate logs, including imaging documentation and machinery upkeep.
- Deliver caring service throughout the imaging procedure, prioritizing patient comfort.
- Help create a safe, organized, and efficient imaging area.
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's is highly regarded.
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is mandatory.
- Valid ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is required.
- Current BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days of hire.
- Strong grasp of imaging protocols and safety practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
