Your Role Will Include
- Employing radiographic and CT technologies to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician evaluation
- Engaging with radiologists and an interdisciplinary care team to facilitate accurate diagnostics
- Effectively positioning patients and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
- Observing strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and colleagues
- Sustaining comprehensive documentation of imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Delivering empathetic patient care throughout their imaging journey
- Contributing to a safe, well-organized, and efficient imaging workflow
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Graduated from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) required
- Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire
- Sound knowledge of diagnostic imaging processes and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to sudden changes
- A meticulous approach and genuine dedication to patient care
- Comfort with technology, including PACS and RIS systems and modern imaging software
