Responsibilities

Book and confirm virtual appointments
Review benefit options through phone or video meetings
Explain information in a clear, simple, and professional way
Answer client questions and provide helpful support
Assist with digital forms and account updates
Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes
Build strong relationships with clients
Participate in training, coaching, and team development
Work remotely using phone, video, and online tools
