Submission Requirements

• 5+ Years of Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) Experience - (REQUIRED)
• Prior Travel Assignment History - (PREFERRED)
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
