CS-Administrative AssistantThe Columbia Climate School is seeking a Columbia University student casual to support the Communications and Events team on a temporary 20-week assignment (approximately 400 hours total). This role will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events and special projects, including the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory Open House, NYC Climate Week, COP, and AGU Annual Meeting.ResponsibilitiesProject coordination and trackingEvent logistics supportCommunications and scheduling assistanceManaging timelines and materialsCoordinating with internal and external stakeholdersProviding on-site event support as needed.Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting events, communications, higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is preferred.
