Job TitleWhat You'll Do:Ensures routine maintenance is performed on a timely basisEnsures logbooks are accurately maintained and up to datePerforms lifting, pulling, carrying and other manual labor tasks to operate equipment designed to crush concrete on job siteOperates equipment; assists in equipment maintenance tasks, and reports equipment operation problems to production SupervisorAssists, and performs duties of co-workers, as needed to accomplish productivity objectivesTrains all personnel in job duties and responsibilities and monitors job sitesConducts daily safety meetings and submits daily reports to Production supervisor of attendance log and topics coveredCompletes daily yard status report with equipment issues and submits to Production supervisorProduces reports of the previous business day's plant production numbers and forwards to sales department each dayMonitors all site supplies (cases, PPE, water, ice, etc) and submits orders on daily basis to Production Supervisor, including quantity and when neededRequire each employee to always wear proper PPEPerforms other duties as required or assignedWhat You'll Need:Prior experience of at least 3 years in a similar position with similar equipment and operations, requiredKnowledge of general construction procedures; mechanical knowledge, and knowledge of loader machine signalsAbility to work in all weather conditionsAbility to stand, sit, stoop and/or bend for extended periods of time at conveyor belt and catwalk operationAbility to climb heights/stairs of up to 40 feet on a regular basisAbility to lift, carry, and/or pull 50 pounds on a regular basisAbility to work in dusty, loud noise environmentRequired to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, respirator, gloves and various other similar items as requiredCompensation:The Pay Range for this position is $25.42/hour to $30.51/hour. Starting pay rate will be determined by the successful applicant's relevant experience and skill base.
