This position plays a vital role across our campaign operation, providing general capacity support spanning voter contact, event staffing, volunteer engagement, data, and administrative needs. Applications will be accepted and considered on a rolling basis.Core Responsibilities:Voter & Volunteer ContactConduct voter contact as part of campaign outreach programsCo-host volunteer events, including setup and volunteer supportAssist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagementEvent SupportStaff and support campaign eventsExecute event recruitment outreach via calls, emails, and textsManage RSVP lists and assist with day-of logistics as neededData & Administrative SupportAssist with data entry, list management, and reporting tasksHelp prepare materials, correspondence, and other operational needsOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasksGood written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesEagerness to learn, share insights, and collaborate across teams
