- Target start: ASAP (45 days from offer)
- Shifts available: Monday through Friday, Weekday shifts: 7a to 3p, 3p to 7a call, Weekend shifts: 24 hours (7a to 7a), Weekend and holiday call (typically 1 in 4)
- Types of Cases: Ortho (total joints, neuro spine, sports), General surgery, Plastics (cosmetic and reconstruction), Podiatry, OB (35 to 50 C-sections annually), Ophthalmology (cataracts), Neuraxial anesthesia (spinal, epidural, combined spinal-epidural)
- Supervision or independent: CRNA-only model (no MD oversight)
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes, Board Certification: NBCRNA, Active MN license required, DEA required, Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, Minimum 2 years of experience, Skills required: Nerve blocks, OB, general anesthesia, spinals, Pediatrics experience preferred, Rural health experience strongly preferred
