- Supervision or independent: All CRNA practice
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Provider must have OB Cases in the past 12 months; REQUIRED: 10 C-section spinals/ 10 epidurals in the past 2 years; 15 C-section spinals/ 15 epidurals in the last 3 years; Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals must be proficient; Case logs required with proof of epidurals, blocks; Need to be vaccinated/accepting exemptions
