CRNA Program Director, Mount Carmel College of NursingPosition Purpose:The Faculty Program Lead provides academic and administrative leadership for the DNP-CRNA program, ensuring alignment with the mission of Mount Carmel College of Nursing and compliance with the standards of the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).

The role includes oversight of curriculum design, faculty mentorship, student recruitment and retention, clinical partnerships, and continuous program evaluation.
