Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center (PASC) in East Stroudsburg, PA.
Location & Facility
Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center opened in 1986 as an ophthalmic surgery center and became multi-specialty in 1990. It has received SPH Analytics awards for patient satisfaction in , , and .
Schedule
- 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday
- No nights, call, or weekends
Team Leadership
- David McIntyre, Chief CRNA
Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Compensation
- Salary: $230,000 – $245,000
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000
